2. The aluminum foil pull-down is operated by a servo motor, which can adjust the pull-down speed of the aluminum foil according to the characteristics of the powder particles, which can improve the sealing performance.
3. This machine is equipped with material tapping and material dust collecting device, which can reduce the adhesion of aluminum foil to powder and affect the sealing of aluminum foil.
4. Very fine powder such as pearl powder, it is not easy to feed. This machine has a unique designing device to make the weight of pearl powder material stable. Different pearl powders still need to be taken after the actual machine test. For this special powder, with this specification package, the filling price will increase by 50% than the general market.
5. It can be properly exhausted to reduce the proportion of air in the aluminum foil and improve product stability.
